Schedule an Inspection

New construction and handover

A newly finished home can still have installation or equipment concerns. Arrange an inspection while there is time to document findings and discuss them with the builder. If a builder warranty applies, review its written coverage and deadlines with your adviser; do not assume the same term applies to every property.

Multi-unit residential buildings

Before booking, define which units, equipment rooms and common areas are included. Coordinate permissions and access with the owner or administration. A unit inspection is not automatically a complete assessment of the building or shared facilities, so the scope needs to reflect the questions you want answered.

Pre-listing inspections

An owner preparing to sell can use an inspection to understand observed concerns before showing the property. Findings can support repair planning and help organize relevant documentation. They do not replace a buyer’s own review, legal disclosures or the need to discuss later changes in the property’s condition.

Thermal imaging and moisture readings

A thermal camera shows surface temperature patterns; moisture meters provide additional readings in relevant materials. Together with visual observations, these tools help identify areas that warrant closer investigation. They do not see through walls, prove every leak or provide laboratory identification of mold. Share the history of stains or leaks so the inspector can discuss an appropriate review.
